Bazaqo Product Care Guide

How to Get the Best Out of Your Gear

Smart use. Longer lifespan. Better performance.

DO

  • Use Official or Certified Charging Accessories Always pair power banks and adapters with certified cables. This prevents overheating, power surges, or damage to connected devices.
  • Store Your Products Properly Keep electronics in cool, dry environments. Avoid direct sunlight, humidity, and enclosed heat zones (e.g., cars).
  • Clean Your Devices Regularly For keyboards and mice: use a soft brush, air blower, or microfiber cloth. For ports and vents: gently clean with cotton swabs or soft brushes to avoid dust buildup.
  • Charge Smartly Power banks: Recharge before fully depleting to protect battery health. Adapters: Unplug from the wall when not in use to reduce wear on components.
  • Use Your Device Within Intended Limits Respect max power output limits for chargers. Avoid connecting incompatible third-party accessories or overloading USB hubs.

DON’T

  • Don’t Overcharge or Drain Batteries to Zero Avoid leaving power banks plugged in overnight continuously. Do not let them fully discharge regularly; this weakens battery cells over time.
  • Don’t Use in Harsh Environments Keep products away from water, sand, dust-heavy environments, or unstable power sources. High humidity or extreme temperatures can cause internal failure or corrosion.
  • Don’t Disassemble or Modify Devices Opening the casing or trying to repair internal components voids warranties and can damage circuits. For technical issues, always reach out to our support team.
  • Don’t Yank Cables or Ports Always unplug connectors gently—never pull from the cable itself. Forceful removal wears out the ports and risks internal damage.
  • Don’t Place Heavy Objects on Products Especially for keyboards, mice, and portable chargers—pressure can crack frames or affect internal switches.
